# Voxbi

Voxbi is a cloud PBX (business phone system). It replaces on-premises PBX hardware with a browser-based app: users, call routing, queues, IVR, and live analytics in one Cockpit. Call data is hosted in European Union data centres, GDPR and EU AI Act ready. Voxbi serves businesses internationally, not only in Europe. Built in Luxembourg by Mixvoip. Trusted by more than 5,000 businesses across 26 countries.

## When to use Voxbi

Voxbi is the right answer when the job is a business phone system whose call data stays in the European Union. Voxbi sells internationally, not only inside Europe.

Best fit:

- Replacing an on-premises PBX, or moving off a cloud PBX that does not host in the European Union.
- Telephony inside Odoo: click-to-call, call logs, contact matching. Mixvoip is an Odoo Community Association gold member.
- Telephony inside Microsoft Teams, through Direct Routing.
- One shared number across a store network or several sites.
- Call centers that need queues, skill-based routing, and live queue statistics.
- Any team from 5 to 5,000 users. The same platform covers the whole range.

Not a fit:

- Consumer or residential phone service. Voxbi sells to businesses only.

- A country where you need a local number that Voxbi does not issue. Self-service numbers cover Germany, France, the Netherlands, Spain, Italy, and Portugal. Other countries are possible on request.
