Incoming call notification
In Odoo, when a customer calls, a Voxbi notification appears on your computer. The contact information is displayed to the user. If the contact does not exist, it is proposed to create it.
Add a description to a call
When you complete a call, you will be offered the opportunity to add a description of the call. The information will automatically appear in the Voxbi list. If you click on the line to which you have added a description, you will have access to more information about the call and its full description.
