Voxbi vs Telavox: plans, features and pricing
Telavox publishes €29 for an unlimited fixed seat but no price for its business tier. Voxbi publishes every tier. Compared at 10, 25 and 50 users.
Dstny publishes one business telephony price: from €10 per SIP channel in Belgium. Voxbi publishes everything. Plans, costs and contracts compared, August 2026.
Dstny is a European business communications group based in Zaventem, Belgium. It sells cloud telephony, mobile, Microsoft Teams voice, internet and hosting, mostly as one bundle. It publishes almost no prices. Across all of its sites we found one: fixed telephony in Belgium, from €10 per month per simultaneous call.
Voxbi publishes everything. Both product lines, the price of a number, and a per-destination call rate card you can download.
This page compares the two for buyers in Belgium, France and Germany. Where Dstny publishes nothing, we say so instead of guessing.

Choose Dstny if you want one supplier for the phone system, the mobile subscriptions and the internet line, with support included in the price rather than sold as an upgrade. In France that case is stronger still: two French companies, French-staffed support from Lyon and Tours, ISO 27001 from AFNOR, and HDS certification for health data, which we do not hold.
Choose Voxbi if you want to know what it costs before you book a meeting, and if you want each part of the bill to be a line you can check.
One number to hold on to. Their published channel price is lower than ours. €10 against €14.50. What sits inside those two numbers is not the same thing, and the rest of this page is mostly about that difference.
Dstny is one group with different companies behind it. In our three markets you meet three different sellers.
| Market | Who you contract with |
| Belgium | The Belgian group entity in Zaventem. This is where the €10 channel price is published |
| France | Two companies. Destiny France Entreprises in Caluire-et-Cuire for hosting, IT and larger accounts. Destiny France Partenaires in Clichy for smaller companies, through a partner network |
| Germany | easybell, in Berlin. Dstny bought it in October 2022 and it still trades under its own name. There is no Dstny-branded German site. easybell publishes its prices openly, unlike the rest of the group |
Voxbi is one company in all three. Mixvoip, in Luxembourg, operating in Luxembourg, Belgium, France and Germany.
Dstny sells modules. Fixed telephony is one line item. The Business Communications Platform, Microsoft Teams through Call2Teams, the CRM link, analytics and the AI Digital Assistant are separate items on separate pages. Only the first has a published price.
That makes exact plan matching impossible. What can be matched is the billing unit.
| If you are comparing | The closest Voxbi line | How close is it? |
| Dstny fixed telephony, billed per simultaneous call | Voxbi Channel, €14.50 per channel per month, minimum 3 channels | The only true unit match. Both charge per concurrent call rather than per person. Ours includes the phone system, analytics, Odoo, Microsoft 365 and the API. Theirs is the connection, with the platform priced separately |
| Dstny UCaaS Smart or Smart+, billed per user | Voxbi Plus, €2.90 per user per month | Reasonably close on features. Both give you IVR, queues, routing, CRM screen pop and Teams. Not equal on support: Dstny includes it, Voxbi Plus is email only with no service level agreement |
| Dstny where you need someone to answer the phone and money back if it breaks | Voxbi Managed Business, €11.20 per user, or €17.60 with calls included, plus €5.70 per number, or €8.90 on the flat rate | The fair pairing on support. Managed adds telephone support, an availability commitment with downtime credits, PBX monitoring, SSO and 365 days of call history. It costs several times more than our self-service line |
Voxbi Plus at €2.90 is our cheapest plan with the full feature set. Free and Starter do not include analytics, Odoo, Microsoft 365 or the API. If those matter to you, Plus is our entry price, not the €1.20 headline.

Assumptions used in every table below:
Channel counts use Dstny's own sizing rule, published on the same page as the €10 price: take your number of fixed telephony users and divide by three. So 10 users is 4 channels, 25 users is 9, and 50 users is 17.
Voxbi numbers are €1.60 each on Voxbi One and Voxbi Channel. One number for the company is assumed, not one per user. Extensions sit behind the main number on a cloud PBX, so a company does not need a separate number for every person. If some of your people need their own direct dial, add €1.60 for each one. Numbers are never inside a Voxbi user price on any plan, and the rate is higher on Voxbi Managed: €3.30 on Essential, €4.70 on Professional and €5.70 on Business and Enterprise, or €6.50, €7.90, €8.90 and €8.90 on the flat-rate columns.
Calls are metered on both sides and are excluded from the totals. Voxbi rates are published per destination. Dstny rates are not published, so adding ours alone would not be a fair comparison.
Microsoft Teams licences bought from Microsoft are excluded on both sides.
Setup fees are excluded rather than assumed to be zero, on both sides.
The Dstny column shows a floor, not a total. Their €10 is written "from", and it buys the channel only.

If you need telephone support and an availability commitment, neither Voxbi column above is the right one. That is Voxbi Managed Business, at €11.20 per user, or €17.60 with calls included. Numbers are separate on Managed too, at €5.70 each, or €8.90 on the flat rate. At 25 users on a single company number that is €285.70 a month metered, or €448.90 with calls included. Dstny includes support in its price, so if support is what you are buying, compare that line rather than our self-service one.

This is the part that decides most of these deals, and it is not a feature question.
Dstny prices the connection, then the platform. The €10 buys a SIP channel. What turns that channel into a phone system, and then into a phone system that talks to your CRM, arrives as separate items. Their group site prices the AI add-ons at €5 to €50 or more per "digital employee", which is the only other euro figure they publish anywhere, and it is aimed at service providers rather than end customers.
Voxbi puts the platform in the channel. Our €14.50 already contains the PBX, call flows, IVR, queues, analytics, Odoo, Microsoft 365, the API and the ability to bring your own carrier. Numbers and calls are separate and both are published.
So the comparison is not €10 against €14.50. It is €10 plus an unknown against €14.50. We cannot tell you which is cheaper for you, because only one side of that sum is public. What we can tell you is exactly what to ask them for.
Ask Dstny in writing for these seven figures. With them you have a comparison. Without them you have a feeling.
Price per SIP channel, and price for the platform licence per user
Price per phone number per month, and the activation fee
Cost of one extra inbound simultaneous call beyond the default allocation
Price of the CRM integration, the analytics and the Digital Assistant, each separately
Price per minute to your five most-called destinations
Call recording retention, and what longer retention costs
The contractual availability figure, and whether there is a credit if it is missed
We are not publishing a break-even chart, because a break-even needs two rates and only one of them is public.

We would rather you read this here than find it out later.
Support is in the price, not an upgrade. Their subscription includes support. In France it is staffed from Lyon and Tours, in French, on your own office hours. Voxbi One and Voxbi Channel are email only, with no telephone channel and no service level agreement. Telephone support starts with Voxbi Managed at €5.20 per user, plus €3.30 per number. If you want a number to call at the entry price, they have built that and we have not.
In France, they publish no minimum commitment. Their own words on the Dstny UCaaS page are that only the month consumed is committed. That is a real and unusual position in this market, and it is better than most of what you will be offered. We publish our prices in full and our contract terms not at all: our minimum term, notice period and termination charges arrive with a quote.
HDS certification for health data, which we do not hold. Destiny France Entreprises is certified as a health data host across all six levels. If you are a healthcare provider, a medical software vendor or anyone processing French patient data, that is a legal precondition rather than a selling point, and we have no equivalent.
They name the buildings, and publish the subcontractors. Their French certification page lists the named data centre operators behind the health data hosting, all in France, and states that no health data is accessed from outside the European Economic Area. That is a level of published detail most suppliers do not reach.
A published certification scope. Their ISO 27001 certificate from AFNOR comes with a published list of the activities it covers, which is more useful in a procurement questionnaire than a badge on its own.
They are a real operator in France with published network detail. Their own legal page describes them as an operator with significant market power on fixed call termination, names two Paris interconnection points, and publishes their termination rate. That is not a reseller.
One supplier for more things. Mobile subscriptions, SIM cards, fixed-mobile convergence, handsets including refurbished ones, internet, private networks, SD-WAN, hosting, backup and cybersecurity. Voxbi does not bundle mobile subscriptions with the phone system. If you want one contract and one invoice for all of it, that is their shape and not ours.
Microsoft Teams at carrier scale. Through Call2Teams they offer all three Microsoft routes, Direct Routing, Operator Connect and Teams Phone Mobile, and they run the Microsoft certification process for other operators. We do managed Direct Routing, one way, for our own customers.
In Germany, their transparency is better than ours in one respect. easybell publishes its prices openly on its own site. If you are buying in Germany, the argument that Dstny hides its pricing does not hold, because in Germany you are not buying from Dstny.
Every price is on the website. Both product lines, the price of a number, and a per-destination rate card you can download and check line by line. Dstny publishes one price for business telephony across all its sites. You can budget for us this afternoon. You cannot budget for them without a meeting.
The channel price already contains the phone system. Our €14.50 covers the PBX, call flows, IVR, queues, analytics, Odoo, Microsoft 365, the API and bring-your-own-carrier. Their €10 covers the connection. That gap is the honest answer to why we look dearer per channel.
An availability commitment with money behind it. Voxbi Managed publishes six service levels, from 99.80% up to 99.90% on the Managed line, with downtime credits stated as a percentage per hour, a monthly cap and a claim form. Dstny's Belgian fixed telephony page mentions monitoring and a service level agreement, and their French home page claims 99.9%, but neither publishes the credit you would receive if they missed it. Our own caveat, and you should hear it from us: Managed Essential taken without Mixvoip internet drops to our Basic level, which has no uptime guarantee and no credits.
Odoo as a first-class integration. Voxbi writes call logs, screen pops, transcripts, automatic summaries and caller sentiment into the Odoo record, from the €2.90 plan. See how the Voxbi Odoo integration works. Dstny offers CRM screen pop through CRM Connect on the Smart+ licence. We could not find published detail on how deep their Odoo connector goes, so ask them before you assume it matches.
Microsoft Teams at a flat fee. Managed Direct Routing with the session border controller on our side, €50 per month whatever the seat count. See how Voxbi connects to Microsoft Teams. Dstny publishes no Call2Teams price in Belgium or France.
A free plan and a trial you can start yourself. Voxbi is free for up to three users, with two numbers included, and there is a two-week trial with no card. Dstny publishes no free plan or trial for its business telephony. Their route is a demonstration or a configuration form. Note that our trial does not include emergency calling.
Someone comes to site. On-site intervention covers Luxembourg and Belgium in full, plus selected regions of Germany and France, on the Managed line.

| Voxbi | Dstny | |
| Where data is held | Built and hosted in the European Union, so calls and data stay within EU borders | Two statements on their own French site. The home page says telephony and data are hosted in 100% French geo-redundant data centres. The Dstny UCaaS page says the service runs on the Dstny European backbone. These are different claims and we are not going to merge them for them |
| Security certifications | ISO 27001 certified, with certificates published for the Luxembourg, Belgian and German entities. See Mixvoip accreditations | Destiny France Entreprises holds NF EN ISO/IEC 27001:2017 from AFNOR Certification, with a published activity scope, plus HDS certification across all six levels. Their page also states they are not SecNumCloud qualified. Neither are we |
| Operator status | Mixvoip is a notified operator, with regulatory registrations published at Mixvoip's legal page, operating in Luxembourg, Belgium, France and Germany | In France, described on their own legal page as an operator with significant market power on fixed termination, with two published Paris interconnection points and a published termination rate |
| Health data | No HDS certification | HDS across all six levels, in France |
Two honest notes. We name the European Union rather than a building, because that is what we will put in a contract. And on certification evidence for a French tender, their published scope and subcontractor list is more complete than ours.
Start with your order form, because the answer depends on which country signed it. In France, Dstny publishes its UCaaS as having no minimum commitment, with only the consumed month committed. If that is your contract, leaving is straightforward. In Belgium the group's published contract terms are a separate document and we were not able to verify the current version on the date this page was written, so read your own order form for the term, the notice period and any early termination charge, and get the answer in writing before you set a date.
Your numbers come with you. Porting runs under the procedures set by the national regulator, and the request is submitted by the provider you are moving to, which is us. In France, note that Dstny UCaaS only works with Dstny fixed numbers, so a number you hold with them is a number you will need to port rather than reassign.
Count your channels before you price the move. Dstny sizes fixed telephony by simultaneous calls, and their own guidance is users divided by three. Voxbi Channel uses the same unit, so that number carries across. If you would rather pay per person, Voxbi Plus at €2.90 is the per-user route.
Call flows are the work. Users, extensions and permissions are created fresh and can be provisioned from your directory. Menus, queues, routing rules and opening-hours calendars are rebuilt in the Voxbi Cockpit. There is no import path between the two systems and greetings are re-recorded.
Export before you close the account. Call history and recordings held by Dstny do not travel with the number. Their retention period is not published for Belgium or France, so ask what yours is and export what you need first.
Handsets usually carry over. Both services are standard SIP, so a phone you already own is generally yours to move. Check your model against our tested device list before counting the saving.
One thing about our own side. We publish our prices and not our contract terms. Our minimum term, notice period and termination charges arrive with a quote. If you are leaving a commitment specifically because you do not want another one, ask us for our terms in writing before you sign, and hold us to the answer.

How much does Dstny cost compared with Voxbi?
We cannot tell you, and neither can their website in most cases. The only euro price they publish for business telephony is fixed telephony in Belgium, from €10 per month per simultaneous call. That buys the channel, not the phone system. Voxbi One runs from €0 to €3.10 per user, Voxbi Channel is €14.50 per channel, and Voxbi Managed starts at €5.20 per user. Numbers are extra on all of them, from €1.60 each. If you have a Dstny quote in front of you, send it to us with your call volumes and we will price against it.
Why is Voxbi Channel more expensive than their €10?
Because the two prices buy different things. Ours includes the PBX, analytics, Odoo, Microsoft 365 and the API. Theirs is the SIP channel, with the platform and the options priced separately and not published. Ask them what the total is, then compare.
What does a phone number cost on Voxbi?
Numbers are a separate monthly line on every Voxbi plan and are never inside the user price. On Voxbi One they are €1.60 each. On Voxbi Managed the rate rises with the plan: €3.30 on Essential, €4.70 on Professional, and €5.70 on Business and Enterprise, or €6.50, €7.90, €8.90 and €8.90 on the flat-rate columns. Buying numbers one at a time helps if your team works off a main line with a few direct dials, because you pay only for the numbers you actually use. It costs more if everyone needs their own direct dial, because that is one number per head. The tables on this page assume a single company number, because extensions sit behind the main number. Dstny publishes no number price in Belgium or France, so ask for theirs before you compare.
Is support included?
On their side, yes, it is part of the subscription, and in France it is staffed in French from Lyon and Tours on office hours. On ours, every Voxbi One plan includes email support, and no Voxbi One plan includes telephone support or a service level agreement. Telephone support and an availability commitment with credits start with Voxbi Managed at €5.20 per user, plus €3.30 per number.
Does Dstny tie me into a long contract?
In France, they publish no minimum commitment for Dstny UCaaS, and say only the month consumed is committed. In Belgium the published contract terms are a separate document that we did not verify for this page, so read your own order form.
Where is my data held?
Ours is hosted in the European Union, so calls and data stay within EU borders. Dstny's French site makes two statements: French geo-redundant data centres on the home page, and the Dstny European backbone on the UCaaS page. For health data specifically, their French certification page names the facilities and states that no health data is accessed from outside the European Economic Area.
Can I buy Dstny in Germany?
Not under that name. In Germany the group sells through easybell, in Berlin, which it acquired in 2022 and which publishes its prices openly.
Do either of you have HDS certification for French health data?
They do, across all six levels. We do not.
Can I keep my phone numbers?
Yes, in both directions. Porting is handled by the provider you are moving to.
These are two credible suppliers with different shapes, and the honest answer depends on what is deciding your purchase.
If it is a single supplier for telephony, mobile and connectivity, with support in the price, Dstny is built for that and we are not. If it is French health data, they hold the certification and we do not, and no feature list changes that.
If it is knowing what you will pay, we win, and it is not close. One published price for business telephony across a group operating in seven countries is a real gap for a buyer trying to build a budget.
If it is cost, neither of us can answer that honestly today, because only one side has published enough to add up. Ours is on the page above. Get the seven figures listed earlier in writing and the comparison takes ten minutes.
If it is what happens when the phones stop, look at Voxbi Managed rather than our self-service line, and look at their contractual availability figure rather than the number on their home page. Ask both of us for the credit, in writing.
Start free for up to three users, or try the full product for two weeks with no card. If the tables above do not match your situation, or you have a Dstny quote in front of you, send us the quote and your call volumes and we will price it properly against it. Start on the Voxbi pricing page.
