Voxbi vs Telavox: plans, features and pricing
Telavox publishes €29 for an unlimited fixed seat but no price for its business tier. Voxbi publishes every tier. Compared at 10, 25 and 50 users.
RingCentral France charges from €10.99 per user and caps calls at 100 to 2,000 minutes. Unlimited European calling is closed to teams under 20 users.
RingCentral is the largest cloud communications provider in the world and sells a wider product range than Voxbi does. It is also frequently misunderstood by European buyers, because the prices and plan names that circulate online belong to its American catalogue.
In France and the wider European Union, RingCentral sells four plans: Essentials, Standard, Premium and Ultimate. Calls are not unlimited by default. Each plan carries a monthly minute allowance per user, from 100 minutes on Essentials to 2,000 on Ultimate.
The fairest comparison is each provider's most popular plan: Voxbi Managed Business against RingCentral Premium, which RingCentral itself badges as "le plus populaire" on its French pricing page. Premium is also the first RingCentral plan with single sign-on, automatic call recording, call supervision, CRM integration and API access, which is the functionality Voxbi Managed Business includes.
Voxbi Managed Business has two published prices: €11.20 per user per month with calls metered against a published rate card, and €17.60 per user per month on the flat rate. RingCentral Premium is €22.99 per user per month at 2 to 19 users and €21.99 from 20 users, billed annually, with 1,000 minutes per user included and an unpublished rate after that. Both sides are shown below.

Choose RingCentral if you operate across several countries and want one platform for telephony, video, events and contact centre; if your security review asks for HITRUST, C5, SOC 2 or PCI DSS; or if 24 hour support on the entry tier matters more than the last twenty percent of the price.
Choose Voxbi Managed Business if you want a managed European cloud PBX with telephone support, monitoring, single sign-on, a service level and either metered calls at a published rate or a flat rate with no ceiling, at a lower price per user than the comparable RingCentral plan.
Check your headcount before you do either. RingCentral's own disclaimer states that its unlimited EMEA calling option is not available on the Essentials plan and not available to accounts with fewer than twenty users. If your team is smaller than twenty people, the minute allowance is the whole of what you get.
No pairing is exact. RingCentral sells a communications suite and Voxbi sells a managed phone system.
RingCentral's tiers gate features steeply, so the plan that matches Voxbi Managed Business is Premium rather than the entry plan. Standard has no single sign-on, no call supervision, no developer platform and on-demand recording only. Premium is also the plan RingCentral marks as its most popular.

These two are not equivalent either. RingCentral Essentials includes 24 hour support, which Voxbi Plus does not. Voxbi Plus includes analytics, Odoo and Microsoft 365 integration and API access, none of which Essentials offers.

Assumptions used in every table below:
RingCentral prices are annual billing, which is the cheaper of its two published options, at the headcount band that applies.
Voxbi Managed Business is shown at both published prices: €11.20 per user per month metered, and €17.60 per user per month on the flat rate. Neither carries a separate number charge.
Metered Voxbi calling assumes 60 outbound minutes per user per month at a blended Luxembourg rate of €0.0566 per minute, being 60% to fixed lines at €0.021 and 40% to mobiles at €0.11. Your own mix will differ.
Prices exclude VAT. RingCentral's terms state its prices are exclusive of applicable taxes.
Hardware, Microsoft licences and customer-specific implementation are excluded on both sides.
Additional RingCentral phone numbers are excluded because their cost is not published. Every RingCentral total below therefore understates the real invoice for any company that wants a direct number per person.

The gap between Voxbi Managed Business metered and RingCentral Premium is €11.79 per user at 10 users and €10.79 from 20 users. At the blended rate used above, that buys roughly 208 and 191 outbound minutes per user per month. Below those volumes the metered price is the cheaper Voxbi option; above them the flat rate at €17.60 caps your cost.
The honest limit of that argument: a user actually consuming Premium's full 1,000 minute allowance would cost about €67.80 per month on the metered Voxbi plan, well above Premium. Metered only wins at modest volume, which is why the flat rate exists and why it is the like-for-like number to quote. Either way, one of the two Voxbi prices sits below Premium at every volume, because the flat rate has no ceiling.
RingCentral Standard has a lower seat price than Voxbi Managed Business Flat: €16.99 against €17.60 up to 19 users, and €15.99 from 20 users. It is not the equivalent plan. Standard allows 500 minutes per user instead of removing the ceiling, records calls on demand rather than automatically, and has no single sign-on, no call supervision, no developer platform and no Salesforce or Zendesk integration. If none of that matters to you, the Voxbi plan to compare Standard against is Voxbi Plus at €2.90, not Voxbi Managed Business.

This is the part most comparisons get wrong, because the American RingCentral product includes unlimited domestic calling and the European one does not.
Every European plan includes a monthly allowance per user:
Essentials: 100 minutes
Standard: 500 minutes
Premium: 1,000 minutes
Ultimate: 2,000 minutes
Each plan card offers an upgrade to unlimited calling in the EMEA zone. The disclaimer beneath the pricing table states that this option is not available for the Essentials plan and not available for accounts with fewer than twenty users. Its price is not published.
The per-minute rate charged once an allowance is exhausted is also not published on RingCentral's website. Their terms state that outbound rates apply at the rate in effect at the time of use and can be found in the administrative portal.
The Voxbi Managed flat rate follows the Mixvoip flat-rate package, which:
covers unlimited calls to more than 130 destinations;
is available at any headcount;
is not available for call centres;
cannot be used with predictive diallers or other automated calling systems;
excludes fax.
Voxbi's metered plans bill against a published call rate card.
A twelve-person company on RingCentral Premium has 1,000 minutes per person and no route to remove that ceiling, because the unlimited option is closed below twenty users. A thirty-person company can buy the option, but cannot find out what it costs without asking.
Neither product is unrestricted. The difference is that Voxbi's restrictions are about how you call, and RingCentral's are about how much and how many of you there are.

RingCentral includes 24 hour support and European Union commissioning and training on all four plans, including the entry tier. Voxbi One includes email support on every plan; telephone support, managed operation, on-site assistance and contractual service levels belong to Voxbi Managed. If you want telephone support at a self-service price, RingCentral offers it and Voxbi does not.
RingCentral publishes HITRUST CSF certification, SOC 2, SOC 3, PCI DSS, Cyber Essentials Plus, HIPAA, C5 and GDPR compliance. That is a longer published list than Voxbi's. If your procurement process names any of those standards, RingCentral answers the question more completely.
Video meetings for up to 200 participants, virtual events, the RingCX contact centre, conversation intelligence, and virtual desktop integration with Citrix and VMware. Voxbi does not offer equivalents. RingCentral's own pages give the integration count as more than 500 on its home page and more than 200 on its application page.
RingCentral publishes its price at one user, at 2 to 19 users and at 20 to 99 users, so the discount for growing is visible before you talk to anyone. Above 99 users, pricing is by quotation.
RingCentral states support in more than 100 countries. For an organisation standardising communications across many markets under one contract, that is a genuine advantage over a regional operator.
The Voxbi Managed flat rate has no minute limit within its destination list, at any headcount, and the metered plans bill against a rate card you can read before you buy. RingCentral publishes neither the price of its unlimited option nor the rate beyond its allowances.
Comparing each provider's most popular plan, with one Voxbi phone number for the whole company added on top, Voxbi Managed Business Flat is 19.6% cheaper than RingCentral Premium at ten users and 18.3% to 19.2% cheaper at twenty-five and fifty, on published prices, and that gap cannot close with usage because both are fixed per seat. On the metered Voxbi price at moderate call volumes the gap is wider still, at roughly a third.
Voxbi publishes what a number costs. RingCentral includes one main number for the whole company and prices additional numbers on request.
Voxbi treats Odoo integration as a core product capability. RingCentral provides no official Odoo integration and no official support for one. Connectors exist on the Odoo Apps Store, but they are built and maintained by third-party developers against RingCentral's API, which means the integration is supported by neither your phone provider nor your ERP vendor.
Voxbi provides managed Microsoft Teams Direct Routing, so Teams itself carries calls over the operator network.
Mixvoip is a notified operator in Luxembourg and publishes its regulatory registrations. It also publishes the regions where it attends site. RingCentral's European customers contract with RingCentral France SAS in Puteaux, and no on-site service offering was found in the public material reviewed.

Who signs. European RingCentral customers contract with RingCentral France SAS, a French company registered at Le Belvédère, 1-7 Cours Valmy, 92800 Puteaux. In some markets RingCentral delivers local numbering and emergency service access through a local authorised partner; its published Portuguese terms say so explicitly. Ask which entity will hold your numbers and provide your emergency service.
Contract length. RingCentral's initial term is set in the order form rather than published. Services renew automatically for successive periods of the same length unless either party gives notice at least thirty days before the end of the current term. Check your order form before you plan anything.
Hosting. Voxbi states that calls and customer data remain within the European Union. No statement of where European customer data or recordings are stored was found in the RingCentral material reviewed for this article as of 18 August 2026. That is an absence of published information rather than evidence of anything, and any organisation with a data residency requirement should ask both providers to state it contractually.
Security. RingCentral's published certification list is the longer of the two. Ask both providers for the certificate and its scope statement rather than the badge, and check which legal entity holds it.
Check the order form first. Your initial term and its renewal length are recorded there, not on RingCentral's website. Non-renewal requires at least thirty days notice before the end of the current term, so work backwards from that date.
Numbers. Your numbers can be ported. Neither provider publishes a porting timetable, so ask both for a written date.
What has to be rebuilt. Users, call flows, menus, queues, routing rules and permissions are recreated in the Voxbi Cockpit. Anything built on RingCentral's developer platform is rebuilt against the Voxbi API. Your emergency calling address is registered fresh.
What does not travel. Call history and recordings stay with RingCentral, which does not publish a retention period. Export what you need before the account closes. RingCentral Rooms, RingCX, conversation intelligence and Events have no Voxbi equivalent.
Handsets. Often reusable, but check your models against the Voxbi tested device list before pricing the migration on the assumption of a saving.

Billed annually and excluding VAT, for a team of 2 to 19 people: Essentials €10.99, Standard €16.99, Premium €22.99, Ultimate €33.99 per user per month. For 20 to 99 people: Standard €15.99, Premium €21.99, Ultimate €32.99, and Essentials is no longer offered. Monthly billing costs about €5 to €6 more per user. Above 99 users, prices are by quotation. Checked 18 August 2026 on the RingCentral France pricing page.
Because they are describing RingCentral's US catalogue, which uses different plan names, prices and features from the one sold in France. US figures are not a valid basis for a European decision.
Not by default. Each plan includes a monthly allowance per user of 100, 500, 1,000 or 2,000 minutes. An unlimited EMEA calling option exists, and RingCentral's disclaimer states it is not available for the Essentials plan and not available for accounts with fewer than twenty users.
No. The published disclaimer excludes accounts below twenty users from that option on every plan. The Voxbi Managed flat rate is available at any headcount, subject to the Mixvoip conditions on call centres, automated dialling and fax.
Premium, which RingCentral marks as its most popular plan. It is also the first plan with single sign-on, automatic call recording, call supervision, CRM integration and the developer platform, which is the functionality Voxbi Managed Business includes.
One, for the whole company, either toll-free or local. Additional numbers are available at extra cost, which is not published. If you want a direct number for each person, ask for that price in writing before comparing totals.
Yes. Every Voxbi One plan includes email support. Telephone support, managed operation, on-site assistance and contractual service levels belong to Voxbi Managed.
Not officially. RingCentral publishes no Odoo module and provides no official support for one. Third-party connectors are available on the Odoo Apps Store, built against RingCentral's API by independent developers. Voxbi's Odoo integration is a supported part of the product.
No. RingCentral Standard has a lower seat price than Voxbi Managed Business Flat, by €0.61 per user up to 19 users and €1.61 from 20. Standard has a 500 minute allowance and lacks single sign-on, call supervision, automatic recording and the developer platform, so it is not a like-for-like comparison with Voxbi Managed Business. The Voxbi plan to weigh it against is Voxbi Plus at €2.90.
RingCentral is the broader product and the better answer for organisations operating across many countries, for those buying video, events or a contact centre alongside telephony, and for those whose security review names the standards it publishes. It also supports its entry tier better than Voxbi supports its own.
Voxbi Managed Business is the better answer for a company buying a phone system for one country or region. Against Premium it costs about a fifth less on the flat rate and more than a third less on the metered price at moderate call volumes, it removes the minute ceiling entirely, and it publishes what calls and numbers cost rather than holding those figures back for a quotation.
If your team is smaller than twenty people, that comparison is not close, because RingCentral's unlimited calling option is not sold to you.
If your requirement is met by RingCentral Standard, price it against Voxbi Plus rather than against Voxbi Managed Business, and decide whether 24 hour support matters more than analytics, Odoo and Microsoft 365 integration and API access.
