Voxbi vs RingCentral: plans, calling limits and real euro prices
RingCentral France charges from €10.99 per user and caps calls at 100 to 2,000 minutes. Unlimited European calling is closed to teams under 20 users.
Telavox publishes €29 for an unlimited fixed seat but no price for its business tier. Voxbi publishes every tier. Compared at 10, 25 and 50 users.
Telavox sells a converged communications platform from Sweden, combining business mobile subscriptions, fixed telephony, a cloud PBX, chat, video meetings and an integrated ticketing system.
Voxbi is more modular. Voxbi One is the self-service range. Voxbi Managed adds telephone support, contractual service levels, monitoring and managed operation.
Telavox publishes one price for a seat that can act as a phone system: Prime fixe at €29 per user per month, with unlimited calls in France included. Everything above that, including the tier carrying Odoo, Salesforce and Microsoft Teams, is quoted on request. The closest Voxbi package is Voxbi Managed Business Flat at €17.60 per user per month, plus €8.90 per number on the flat tariff, which comes to €26.50 per user.
The gap between those two figures is 8.6%. This comparison is therefore not about price. It is about what each provider publishes, what each contract commits to, and which supplier fits the way your team actually works.

Choose Telavox if you want business mobile and the phone system from one supplier on one bill, or if you are replacing a phone system, a chat tool and a small helpdesk at the same time. Voxbi has no mobile product and no ticketing system, and no price argument changes that.
Choose Voxbi Managed Business Flat if you want a managed European cloud PBX with telephone support, monitoring, a service level agreement carrying credits and published recording retention, at a slightly lower fixed price per user.
Choose Voxbi Plus if your team can administer its own phone system, email support is enough, and what you need is Odoo, Microsoft 365, analytics, API access or Microsoft Teams Direct Routing at the lowest possible subscription price.
Telavox sells three separate lines, and only one of them competes with Voxbi.
The mobile line, at €25, €39 and €54 per user per month, is built around a mobile subscription with data. Voxbi does not sell mobile subscriptions, so there is no honest way to compare those plans against anything in our range.
The AI receptionist, at €99 or €399 per month, is a voice agent sold separately. Voxbi has no equivalent product.
That leaves the fixed telephony and softphone line, which has two plans. Prime fixe is €29 per user per month. Fixed Max is quoted on request, with no published price of any kind.
So Prime fixe is the only published Telavox price for a working phone system, and it appears on both sides of the comparison below. That is not a trick of presentation. It is the only figure Telavox publishes at this level.
| Voxbi Managed Business Flat | Telavox Prime fixe | |
| Published price | €17.60/user/month, plus €8.90 per number | €29/user/month |
| Service model | Managed cloud PBX | Self-service platform administered by the customer |

| Support hours | Published by SLA level | Weekdays 07:00 to 18:00 local time in the general terms, unless otherwise agreed |

| Best fit | Managed business telephony where somebody else operates the PBX | Teams that want telephony, chat, video and ticketing in one application |
The two packages are close in price and different in shape. Telavox includes collaboration tools that Voxbi does not offer at any tier. Voxbi includes managed operation, telephone support and a service level agreement with credits, which Telavox does not commit to in published material.
| Voxbi Plus | Telavox Prime fixe | |
| Published price | €2.90/user/month, plus €1.60 per number | €29/user/month |
| Administration | Self-service | Self-service |
| Support | Email included | Not published by plan |
| SLA | No | No SLA document published |
| Numbers | None included. €1.60 each, published | Not published |
| Calls | Metered. Zone International covers 140+ destinations | Unlimited in France |
| Analytics and integrations | Analytics, Odoo, Microsoft 365, API and webhooks | Calendar and directory integrations only. No CRM connectors |
| Chat, video and screen sharing | Not offered | Included |
| Applications | Web, Windows and mobile | Web, Windows, macOS, mobile and Microsoft Teams |
| Free plan | Yes, up to three users | None published |
These two are not equivalent and we would not present them as such. Voxbi Plus is a cheap self-service seat that meters every minute and includes no numbers. Prime fixe is ten times the price and includes unlimited French calling, chat and video. Which is better value depends entirely on how much your team calls and whether you need the collaboration tools.

The assumptions behind the tables below, stated plainly:
Voxbi Managed Business Flat is €17.60 per user per month, plus one €8.90 phone number for the whole company, not one per user. Both figures are included in the totals.
Telavox Prime fixe is €29 per user per month.
Telavox does not publish a number price, a porting fee or a setup fee. These are excluded from its column and are not assumed to be zero.
Voxbi Plus is shown separately because its calls are metered. Call charges are not in its total and depend on your own usage.
Prices exclude VAT. Hardware, Microsoft licences and customer-specific implementation charges are excluded on both sides.

Both packages use a fixed price per user, plus one number for the whole company on the Voxbi side, so the relationship does not change much with call volume. Voxbi Managed Business Flat costs 36.2% less at 10 users, 38.1% less at 25 users and 38.7% less at 50 users than Telavox Prime fixe, once Telavox's own unpublished number cost is set aside.
That gap widens further once Telavox's own number cost is added, since Telavox does not publish one and the figure above excludes it entirely. The reason to look closely at these two products is what sits behind the price, and the most useful comparison there is what each company is willing to publish.
For reference, the self-service route is far cheaper on subscription alone. Voxbi Plus is €30.60 per month at 10 users, €74.10 at 25 and €146.60 at 50, before call charges, using one number for the whole company as elsewhere on this page. That figure buys email support, no service level agreement and metered minutes, so it answers a different question.

Because the prices are close, the more useful question is how much of each offer you can check before you talk to a salesperson.
Voxbi publishes a price for every tier, for every number, for every SLA level, along with call history and recording retention periods.
Telavox publishes six euro prices. It does not publish a price for Fixed Max, which is the plan that carries CRM connectors, Microsoft Teams, supervisor monitoring, call-back and full ticketing. It does not publish a phone number price, a porting fee or a setup fee. It does not publish a contract length, a recording retention period, support hours by plan, or a service level agreement.
Those last two deserve a note. Telavox's general terms state that unless otherwise agreed, support runs on non-holiday weekdays between 07:00 and 18:00 local time. The same terms refer to a service level agreement as applying "if applicable", which indicates it is negotiated rather than standard. The 99.98% availability figure on their trust centre is published as a characteristic of the platform, not as a commitment carrying credits.
There is one more thing worth checking yourself. Telavox's French pricing page describes its entry mobile plan as including unlimited calls and 5G data in Sweden in the plan card, and in France in the feature table directly below it. We cannot tell from public sources which applies to a French customer. If the mobile side matters to you, ask them to confirm it in writing.

Neither unlimited package is unrestricted, and the conditions are different.
Voxbi Managed's flat rate follows the published Mixvoip package. It covers more than 130 destinations, is not available for call centres, cannot be used with predictive diallers or other automated calling systems, and excludes fax.
Telavox Prime fixe includes unlimited calls in France and intra-company calls worldwide. The worldwide claim carries an asterisk on their pricing page, and the conditions behind it are not set out there. Ask for them before you sign.
Voxbi Plus is metered rather than unlimited. Its Zone International rate covers more than 140 destinations, billed per minute against the published call rates.
If you run an outbound calling operation with automated dialling, the Voxbi flat rate is not available to you and Telavox may be the better fit even at a higher price.
Telavox sells the mobile subscription itself in the countries where it operates, with the SIM built into the phone system so availability and routing stay in step across desk phone, softphone and mobile. Voxbi does not sell mobile subscriptions at all. For a company that wants one supplier and one bill for both, this is a real advantage and price is secondary to it.
Prime fixe includes chat, group chat, shared contacts, file sharing, video meetings and screen sharing. Voxbi offers none of these at any tier. If you would otherwise buy a separate collaboration tool, that changes the arithmetic in Telavox's favour.
Telavox includes a chat widget on Prime fixe and a full case-management system on Fixed Max, with ticket ownership, categories, internal notes and reply by SMS. Voxbi has no equivalent.
Telavox publishes around thirty native connectors, including HubSpot, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Zendesk, Freshdesk, Freshservice, Lime, Superoffice, Teamleader, Pipedrive and Zoho. Voxbi ships Odoo and Microsoft 365 and expects anything else to be built on the API. If your CRM is on their list and not ours, they will need less development work. Note that these connectors sit on Fixed Max rather than on the published tier.
Telavox sells a voice agent that answers inbound calls, handles questions, makes bookings and transfers callers, at €99 or €399 per month. Voxbi offers AI transcription, summaries and analysis, but no voice agent.
Telavox holds ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification issued by Bureau Veritas, valid until January 2028, covering the design, development, operation, support and maintenance of its telephony products. It also publishes a detailed, dated register of its sub-processors. On documentation of this kind Telavox is stronger than most providers in this market.
You can price a complete Voxbi deployment from the website, including numbers, recording retention and the service level that applies. With Telavox, the moment you need Salesforce, Odoo, Microsoft Teams or supervisor monitoring, you are in a quote process with no published starting point.
Voxbi Managed Business includes telephone support and the Business SLA, with the terms published at Mixvoip service levels. Telavox's general terms make the service level agreement conditional and publish no credit schedule.
Every Voxbi One plan includes email support. Telephone support, managed operation and contractual service levels belong to the Managed range.
Voxbi Managed Business includes PBX monitoring and alerts, 365 days of call history and 60 days of recording retention. Telavox publishes no retention period on any page.
Voxbi treats Odoo integration as a core capability, included from Voxbi Plus at €2.90 per user per month. Telavox lists Odoo, but only on Fixed Max and on its top mobile plan.
Voxbi offers managed Microsoft Teams Direct Routing, where Teams itself carries the call over the operator network. Telavox lists a Microsoft Teams integration and Teams calling on its top tiers, but does not describe the method on its public pages, so the two are not directly comparable.
Mixvoip publishes its regulatory registrations across European jurisdictions and contracts in the buyer's own language.
Telavox's contracting entity is Telavox AB of Malmö. Its general terms apply Swedish law and give Stockholm District Court exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance, and the terms linked from its French legal page are a Swedish-language document dated 2023. Its own sub-processor register states that Telavox operates in Sweden, Norway, Belgium, Denmark, Finland and Great Britain. France is not in that list. If you are buying in France, ask them how a French customer is served and who holds your numbers.
Voxbi Free covers up to three users at no cost. Telavox publishes no free plan and no trial of the telephony service.

Both providers keep customer data in Europe, and both document it reasonably well.
Voxbi states that its calls and customer data stay within the European Union. Mixvoip publishes its regulatory registrations and its security certifications separately. This page does not claim that a particular customer's recordings sit in a named building, because that is a contractual matter rather than a marketing one.
Telavox's data processing agreement states that storage and processing take place within the European Economic Area, with an exception for certain optional services listed in its sub-processor register. The infrastructure providers it names are Swedish companies. Its register is versioned and dated, and it sets out which sub-processor is used for what, which is more than most providers publish.
The difference is not where the data sits. It is which company holds your contract, which law governs it, and which regulator that company answers to in the market where you are buying.
The first thing to find is your binding period end date. Telavox's general terms set that period in your individual service agreement rather than on any public page, and require three months' notice before it ends. Miss that window and the agreement continues indefinitely, after which you can still leave on three months' notice to the end of the third calendar month. Leaving during the binding period means paying the fees for the rest of it.
There is a second date to check. Under their terms, adding licences creates a further binding period for those licences. If your headcount has grown during the contract, different groups of users may have different end dates. Ask for the end date of every licence block in writing.
Telavox does not publish a porting process, a timescale or a fee, so ask both providers for the process and a written date before you commit to a plan.
Users, queues, menus, permissions and routing rules are rebuilt in the Voxbi Cockpit. There is no import path between the two systems. Call history and recordings do not travel with the numbers, and Telavox publishes no retention period, so export what you need before the account closes.
Chat history, shared files and any tickets held in the Telavox application have no destination in Voxbi. If your team depends on those, weigh that honestly before moving.
Existing SIP phones are often reusable, but check your models against the tested device list before pricing the migration.

Voxbi Managed Business Flat and Telavox Prime fixe. Both include unlimited eligible calling and a full phone system. Prime fixe is the only Telavox plan at this level with a published price, so it also stands in for the self-service comparison.
Prime fixe is €29 per user per month excluding VAT. The mobile plans are €25, €39 and €54. The AI receptionist is €99 or €399 per month. Fixed Max and the custom tiers are quoted on request.
Not stated. No number price, allowance or inclusion appears on any Telavox page as of 26 August 2026. Voxbi's paid plans include no numbers either, but Voxbi publishes what they cost: €1.60 each on Voxbi One and €8.90 each on Managed Business flat.
Not published. Their general terms define a binding period set in the individual quote, with three months' notice required before it ends and early termination costing the fees for the remainder.
Yes. Every Voxbi One plan includes email support. Telephone support, managed operation, on-site assistance and contractual service levels belong to Voxbi Managed.
Odoo appears in their integration list, on Fixed Max or on the top mobile plan. Fixed Max has no published price. Voxbi's Odoo integration is included from Voxbi Plus at €2.90 per user per month.
Their general terms refer to one as applying "if applicable" and no SLA document or credit schedule is published. Their trust centre publishes a 99.98% availability figure. Voxbi publishes an SLA level for each Managed plan, and the self-service Voxbi One plans carry email support with no SLA.
On the published fixed prices, yes, and by a wider margin than the seat prices alone suggest once a phone number is added. At 25 users the example is €448.90 a month for Voxbi Managed Business Flat, with one number for the whole company, against €725.00 for Telavox Prime fixe, whose own number cost is not published and is excluded. Telavox includes chat, video and screen sharing that Voxbi does not offer, so the difference is not a markup for identical products.
Telavox. It combines telephony, mobile, chat, video and ticketing more completely than Voxbi does.
Voxbi is generally the better fit for organisations that qualify for the flat-rate conditions and want managed PBX operation, monitoring, telephone support, Odoo or Microsoft Teams Direct Routing.
Use Voxbi Managed Business Flat against Telavox Prime fixe for the closest business-grade comparison. On published prices, with one Voxbi phone number for the whole company, Voxbi comes out 36.2% to 38.7% cheaper depending on headcount, and further still once Telavox's own unpublished number cost is added.
Telavox is the stronger choice for a company consolidating communications. Mobile subscriptions, chat, video, screen sharing, ticketing and around thirty native connectors add up to a genuinely broad platform, and its security certification and data-protection documentation are among the better examples in this market.
Voxbi Managed Business Flat is the stronger choice for a company buying a phone system. Telephone support, a service level agreement carrying credits, PBX monitoring, published recording retention and regional on-site service are all committed to in published material, and every tier has a price you can read before you make contact.
The clearest practical difference is not in the product. It is that a Voxbi buyer can price the whole deployment from the website, while a Telavox buyer reaches a quote process as soon as CRM integration, Microsoft Teams or supervisor monitoring enters the requirement.
Voxbi Plus remains relevant as a much cheaper self-service option at €2.90 per user plus €1.60 per number. It should be read as a different kind of product, not as a substitute for either package above.
