Do you have a ready-made plugin for my CRM?

For Odoo, yes, it's a native integration. For other CRMs there's no off-the-shelf plugin, but the REST API and webhooks are flexible enough to fit any CRM, from caller lookup to automatic call logging.

What can I sync to my CRM?

Caller identity and context, click-to-call, call history and live call events, and the call recording plus its AI transcript and summary.

How does click-to-call work?

Your integration calls the API's call-control endpoint with the number, and Voxbi places the call from the user's device. It's one request per dial.
