Voxbi vs Telavox: plans, features and pricing
Telavox publishes €29 for an unlimited fixed seat but no price for its business tier. Voxbi publishes every tier. Compared at 10, 25 and 50 users.
Wildix sells only through partners and publishes no prices. Voxbi Managed Business is €17.60 per user, all in. Plans, costs and contracts compared.
Wildix sells only through certified partners and publishes no price for any of its four plans. Voxbi publishes both of its product lines in full and sells direct. Neither approach is a trick, and they suit different buyers. This page compares the two on the plans that are genuinely equivalent, shows the arithmetic, and says where Wildix is the better choice.
One thing worth stating before anything else, because it should colour how you read the rest. Mixvoip, the operator behind Voxbi, lists Wildix among the PBX systems eligible for its flat-rate SIP trunk packages, alongside Innovaphone, Starface, 3CX, Asterisk, Freeswitch, Avaya and Microsoft Teams. We already carry calls for Wildix installations. We have no interest in telling you Wildix is a bad product, because for a large number of companies it plainly is not.

Wildix is a unified communications platform sold as software plus its own hardware, deployable in the cloud, on your premises or hybrid, and delivered by a certified local integrator who installs it and supports it. Voxbi is a cloud PBX from a telecoms operator, sold either self-service or fully managed, with every price published.
Choose Wildix if the phone system has to sit in your building, if you want one local integrator accountable for the cabling, the handsets, the install and the training, or if you need specialist DECT that we do not make. Choose Voxbi if you want to see the price before you talk to anyone, if you want reporting without paying for a higher licence tier, or if you want the company carrying your calls to be a named operator.
This is the part most comparison pages skip, and skipping it is how you end up with a table that proves nothing.
At the entry level, there is no honest comparison to make. Wildix has no self-service tier, no free plan and no published entry price. Their PBX-Basic plan is the nearest thing in function to Voxbi Starter: two concurrent calls per user, one device, telephony only, aimed at unattended phones, warehouse DECT, hotel rooms and doorphones. But no figure is attached to it, so there is no sum to do. If you are a sole trader or a team of five looking to buy something today, Wildix is not a product you can buy at all, and that is the whole comparison.
At business grade, the fair pairing is Voxbi Managed Business against Wildix UC-Business. Both are aimed at customer-facing teams. Both assume a person is looking after the system rather than the customer configuring it alone. Both include an API, CRM integrations, call recording and a service level commitment.
There is one honest mismatch inside that pairing, and it runs in our favour, so we should be explicit about it rather than quiet. Voxbi Managed Business includes analytics and statistics. Wildix puts its equivalents, CDR-View reporting and the x-caracal contact-centre dashboards, behind UC-Premium, one tier up, and x-caracal additionally requires at least ten Business licences on the system. If reporting matters to you, the true like-for-like on the Wildix side is UC-Premium, not UC-Business.

Wildix figures come from their plans page, their terms and conditions and their trust centre. Ours are on the Voxbi pricing page.

Wildix does not publish a price for any of its four plans, so there is no list price to put beside ours. What follows is the best evidence that exists, and where each figure comes from.
The only euro figures Wildix Group publishes anywhere are on x-bees, its AI-native sibling brand that sits on top of the UC-Business feature set: Basic from €19, Standard from €29 and SuperBee from €39 per user per month. Each carries the footnote "Sample price. Actual prices may vary depending on the payment plan and number of seats purchased." The euro and dollar figures are shown as identical, which tells you these are indicative rather than a rate card. A partner may quote you something entirely different.
The tables below pair Voxbi Managed Business Flat at €17.60 with x-bees Standard at €29, because both are fixed per-user prices with calling included in the seat, and both are aimed at customer-facing teams. It is the only pairing on which honest arithmetic is possible.
Assumptions. Both figures are per user per month and exclude VAT. Voxbi Managed Business Flat includes unlimited calls to over 130 destinations. x-bees Standard includes 5,000 outbound minutes per user per month, to a set of destinations that is not published. Phone numbers are excluded from both columns: we publish ours and Wildix does not publish theirs, so including one and not the other would mislead you. Setup, onboarding, hardware and training are excluded on both sides. Microsoft licences bought from Microsoft are excluded on both sides.
| Team size | Voxbi Managed Business Flat | Wildix via x-bees Standard | Difference |
| 10 users | 10 × €17.60 = €176.00 | 10 × €29.00 = €290.00 | €114.00 |
| 25 users | 25 × €17.60 = €440.00 | 25 × €29.00 = €725.00 | €285.00 |
| 50 users | 50 × €17.60 = €880.00 | 50 × €29.00 = €1,450.00 | €570.00 |
What those totals leave out, on both sides. Neither column includes phone numbers. On Voxbi Managed, a number-bearing phone is a published separate line starting at €3.30 a month on Essential and €5.70 on Business. On the Wildix side, numbers are CLASSOUND DIDs and their own admin documentation states the price list lives in their partner portal, so we cannot tell you what they cost. Our omission is a known quantity you can look up. Theirs is not. Ask any Wildix partner for the DID monthly fee and the per-minute rate in writing before you compare anything.
On the four Wildix plans. We have left PBX-Basic, UC-Essential, UC-Business and UC-Premium out of the cost tables entirely. Wildix publishes no figure for any of them, and an estimate we invented would be the first thing on this page worth not believing. An empty column is more honest than a guess.

Neither package is unlimited in the way the word usually implies, and the restrictions are close to identical. That is worth showing plainly, because it is the sort of thing that only surfaces after you have signed.
| Voxbi Managed flat rate | Wildix | |
| What is included | Unlimited calls to over 130 destinations. The country list is published | x-bees Standard includes 5,000 outbound minutes per user per month. The destinations they cover are not published |
| Call centres | Flat-rate packages are not available for use in call centres | Their terms permit suspension where usage does not comply with call-centre regulation |
| Automated dialling | Not available with any automated call dialling system, such as predictive diallers | Their terms forbid using the services to automatically generate outbound call campaigns, with or without the recipient's response, and make it a termination ground |
| Eligibility | Flat-rate SIP trunk packages require a PBX at our "certified" or "compatible" level, managed by a channel partner. Wildix systems qualify | No equivalent condition published |
If automated outbound dialling is your use case, say so early to both vendors. Neither of these packages is built for it, and finding that out in month three is expensive.

On your premises, if that is what you need. Wildix runs in the cloud, on its own appliances, or on your own VMware or Hyper-V infrastructure, with load sharing across locations and failover so a site keeps working when the link to the outside world does not. Voxbi is cloud only. There is no version of this comparison where we win that requirement. If your rules, your building or your risk register say the phone system stays on site, talk to them.
Somebody is actually in the room. Wildix sells exclusively through certified partners, and that partner sizes the system, runs the cabling, mounts the handsets, trains the staff and picks up the phone when something breaks. If what you want is one company accountable for the whole installation, that is what they sell. One detail to check before you sign: the response times in their contract are partner-tier response times, running from one business hour for a Diamond partner to sixteen for a Silver one, with Bronze listed as no support. Ask what tier your integrator holds.
Hardware they build themselves. Desk phones, a receptionist console, portable Wi-Fi handsets, video conferencing stations, media and paging gateways, and a DECT range that includes medical and lifesaver variants for care homes and industrial sites, all provisioned from the same management system as the software. We publish a tested list of other manufacturers' phones, which is a different and smaller promise.
They publish more about their security than we do. Their trust centre shows SOC 2 Type 1 and Type 2 as certified and HIPAA as compliant, with the audit reports and a 2026 penetration test report available on request. It publishes live control monitoring across five domains and names its sub-processors with the regions each operates in. We do not publish anything equivalent. On security disclosure they are ahead of us, and we would rather say so than hope you do not look.
A public status page. Wildix publishes component-level service status with an open incident history. Voxbi publishes nothing equivalent. The fair criticism of their page is narrower than it looks: it carries no historical uptime figures, which matters because their contract names it as the instrument that measures the availability commitment.
Depth around the call. Wilma AI answers calls, web chats and WhatsApp messages, qualifies leads and books appointments. Kite turns a website visit into a call or video meeting from the browser. x-caracal gives contact-centre wallboards. We have no AI voice agent and no website call widget at all.
You can see the price. Every self-service plan, every managed plan, the number pricing and the per-destination rate list are published on the Voxbi pricing page with the VAT position stated. Wildix publishes no price for any of its four plans, and their own CLASSOUND documentation says the rate card covering monthly fees, numbers and per-minute termination lives in their partner portal. That is a legitimate way to run a channel business. It is also why the cost section above is shorter than it should be.
Reporting without a tier upgrade. Voxbi Managed Business includes analytics and statistics. On the Wildix side, CDR-View reporting and x-caracal dashboards need UC-Premium, and x-caracal additionally requires at least ten Business licences on the system before it can be switched on at all. If your supervisors need a wallboard, price that properly before comparing seat costs.
You know who the operator is. Voxbi runs on Mixvoip, headquartered in Luxembourg and holding formal telecom registrations in 15+ European countries. Wildix sells a voice service called CLASSOUND and does not name the licensed carrier behind it on any of its own pages, while separately running a certification programme for third-party SIP trunk providers. That is not an accusation, it is an absence, and it is the kind of absence a procurement questionnaire will find.
A service level that pays out nearer the number it quotes. Wildix commits to 99.99% availability. The credit table in the same article pays you the full amount due at any availability of 99% or higher, so the first reduction only arises below 99%, it applies only where the failure is Wildix's sole fault, and it measures whether the technical interfaces were operational rather than what your callers heard. Voxbi Managed Business carries our Business service level, published in full. Worth being straight about the other half of that: Voxbi One, our self-service line, carries no service level agreement at all.
Odoo without a licence upgrade. Our Odoo integration is native, supports Odoo 17, 18 and 19, and is included from the Plus plan at €2.90 per user on the self-service line. The Wildix route is a module built by one of their partners: one of the two published options requires UC-Business or UC-Premium and quotes a yearly integration fee on request, the other requires UC-Basic and is free. Worth being straight about something that gets repeated a lot, in both directions: Odoo's own documentation names Axivox, DIDWW and OnSIP as its verified providers. It does not name Wildix. It does not name us either.
Microsoft Teams that carries the call. We run managed Direct Routing, so calls flow through Teams itself over our network, published at €50 a month flat on the self-service line regardless of seat count, plus the Teams Phone licences you buy from Microsoft. Wildix offers a Wildix tab inside Teams, which needs no extra Microsoft licence and is genuinely useful, or MS-PhoneSystem for dialling from the Teams dialpad, which requires CLASSOUND, a per-system subscription at an unpublished price and a Microsoft Teams Phone licence for every user.

Hosting. Voxbi is built and hosted in the European Union, and calls and data stay within EU borders. Wildix hosts its cloud systems on AWS and publishes no region, country or residency guarantee for an individual customer's PBX. What their trust centre does publish is the region each sub-processor operates in: Amazon Web Services in the EU and the USA, GetStream in the EU, ThoughtSpot in the EU and the USA, and OpenAI in the EU and the USA. That is a sub-processor list, not a statement about where your specific recordings sit, and it should not be read as more than it is. But if your auditor wants the answer in writing, one of the two vendors on this page gives it and the other does not.
Security certifications. Wildix publishes SOC 2 Type 1 and SOC 2 Type 2 as certified and HIPAA as compliant, with the reports available on request. ISO 27001 and ISO 22301 do not appear under their own compliance; their security policy attaches those to the data centres their cloud runs in. As noted above, their disclosure here is more thorough than ours.
Operator status. Mixvoip is a telecoms operator headquartered in Luxembourg with formal registrations in 15+ European countries, so the company holding your numbers is registered where you are. Wildix is a software and hardware vendor whose voice service rides on carriers it does not name publicly. For most buyers that difference is invisible. For a regulated buyer completing an ICT third-party assessment, it is the first question on the form.
Find your commitment end date first. Wildix three-year and five-year commitments carry a discount and freeze the configuration: services cannot be removed from a system under commitment until it ends, and the contract renews automatically for the same period it just ran. Plan the move to land on that date.
Porting moves the numbers, not the contract. This is the clause that surprises people, and it is worth finding before you start. Their terms state that the conclusion of the transfer procedure does not imply the termination of the contract for the services provided by Wildix. Porting your numbers out moves the numbers. It does not end the contract or the billing. Terminate separately, and ask your partner in writing what notice is required, because no notice period for non-renewal is published anywhere.
What comes across and what gets rebuilt. Your numbers port. Users and extensions are created fresh and can be provisioned from your directory. Contacts arrive through the Microsoft 365 or Odoo integration rather than from Wildix. Call flows, menus, queues and routing rules are rebuilt in the Voxbi Cockpit, because there is no import path between the two systems, and greetings are re-recorded. Contact-centre history in x-caracal and CDR-View does not travel and has nothing here to travel into. If you rely on Wilma AI to answer the main line, that is a capability you are giving up rather than moving, and you should plan for it honestly.
Handsets usually go the other way. Wildix desk phones, DECT handsets, base stations, consoles and video stations are Wildix's own products, provisioned by their management system. Do not assume they carry over. Check each model against our tested device list before counting any saving. If the hardware was taken as hardware as a service, read the return clause first: unreturned equipment costs the unpaid service fee for the term plus the equipment's casualty value plus 10%.
Export your data before the account closes. Wildix publishes no per-plan call recording retention figure, and the default on their AI and Data Boost bundle is three months of data retention. Ask your partner how long your recordings are actually held, and pull what you need out early.

How much does Wildix cost compared to Voxbi?
Wildix publishes no price for any of its four plans. The only euro figures its group publishes are x-bees sample prices of €19, €29 and €39 per user per month. Voxbi publishes both lines in full: Voxbi One from €0 to €3.10 per user, and Voxbi Managed from €5.20 to €17.10, or €11.60 to €23.50 with unlimited calling included. On the x-bees Standard sample price, a customer-facing seat is 64.8% more than a Voxbi Managed Business Flat seat, before numbers are added to either.
Can I buy Wildix without a partner?
No. Wildix sells only through certified partners. There is no self-service sign-up, no free tier and no card checkout. The partner installs and supports the system, and that is a real part of what you are paying for.
Which Wildix plan should I compare to Voxbi Managed Business?
UC-Business is closest on intended customer, since both target customer-facing teams. If you need reporting, compare UC-Premium instead: CDR-View and the x-caracal dashboards sit a tier above UC-Business, and x-caracal additionally requires at least ten Business licences on the system.
Does the 99.99% availability commitment mean what it looks like?
Read both halves of it. Wildix commits to 99.99%, and the credit table in the same article pays the full amount due at any availability of 99% or higher, so nothing is credited until you fall below 99%. Credits apply only where the failure is Wildix's sole fault, and availability is measured on whether the technical interfaces were operational rather than on call quality.
Can I run outbound calling campaigns on either system?
Not on the packages compared here. Wildix's terms forbid using their services to automatically generate outbound call campaigns and make it a termination ground. Our flat-rate packages are likewise not available for call centres or with automated dialling systems such as predictive diallers. Tell both vendors early if that is your use case.
Does Wildix work with Odoo?
Yes, through modules built by Wildix partners and listed on Wildix's own marketplace. One requires UC-Business or UC-Premium and quotes a yearly integration fee on request; the other requires UC-Basic and is free. Odoo's own documentation names Axivox, DIDWW and OnSIP as its verified providers, and names neither Wildix nor Voxbi. Our Odoo integration is native, covers Odoo 17, 18 and 19, and is included from €2.90 per user on the self-service line.
Where is my data held?
Voxbi is built and hosted in the European Union. Wildix hosts on AWS and publishes no region or country for an individual PBX, though its trust centre does name each sub-processor and the regions it operates in. If your auditor wants the country in writing, that difference matters. If AWS in an unnamed region is acceptable to you, it does not.
What happens if I port my numbers away from Wildix?
The numbers move, the contract does not. Their terms state that the conclusion of the transfer procedure does not imply termination of the contract, so terminate separately and get the notice period from your partner in writing.
Wildix is a serious product with twenty years behind it, its own hardware, its own DECT and a partner channel that turns up in person. If you need the PBX in your building, if you want one integrator accountable for the whole installation, or if you need specialist DECT, it is the better choice and no amount of price transparency changes that.
What you give up is knowing what it costs until you are in a sales conversation, reporting that sits a tier above the plan most teams need, an availability commitment that pays nothing until you drop a full percentage point below its headline, and a contract that renews itself with no published notice period and does not end when your numbers leave.
Voxbi is the better choice if you want to see the price first, if you want the operator carrying your calls to be named and registered, or if you want reporting and monitoring inside the plan rather than above it. We publish our prices in full and we do not yet publish our contract terms or a status page, and Wildix publishes more about its security posture than we do. You should hear all three of those from us rather than find them later.
All read on 19 August 2026.
