Voxbi vs Telavox: plans, features and pricing
Telavox publishes €29 for an unlimited fixed seat but no price for its business tier. Voxbi publishes every tier. Compared at 10, 25 and 50 users.
Dialpad leads on built in AI. Voxbi is a European operator with named Luxembourg hosting and a lower entry price. Where each one fits.
Dialpad and Voxbi solve the same problem in two different ways. Dialpad sells a bundle: one price per user, a number and domestic calling included, with AI transcription switched on from the entry plan. Voxbi sells the licence and the calling separately, in euros, from a European operator, and offers a fully managed option where someone else runs the phone system for you.
If your calling is mostly inside France and you want one predictable line on the invoice, Dialpad's model is simpler. If you need a European contract, a written uptime commitment, or you would rather not administer a PBX yourself, Voxbi Managed is the better fit.

Dialpad Connect starts at 15 USD per user per month on annual billing, or 27 USD on monthly billing. Pro is 25 USD and 35 USD. Enterprise is priced on request. Prices are shown in US dollars on the Dialpad pricing page, including on the French-language site, so a French buyer budgeting in euros carries the currency risk.
Voxbi has two lines. Voxbi One is self-service, from €1.20 per user per month, with numbers from €1.60 and calls billed per minute. Voxbi Managed is the full-service line, from €5.20 per user per month, with numbers from €3.30, telephone support, an SLA, and the system run for you.
Where each one wins: Dialpad for bundled domestic calling, a number in the licence, AI transcription at entry price, and dedicated contact centre and outbound sales products; Voxbi for euro pricing, a European contract, a contractual SLA with credits, managed operation with PBX monitoring, and Odoo.
This is the part most comparisons get wrong, so it is worth being direct about it.
On features, Voxbi Managed Business lines up with Dialpad Connect Enterprise. The two things that unlock the Dialpad tier, single sign-on and a published uptime figure, are exactly the two things Voxbi Managed Business already includes. Dialpad Connect Pro has neither.
The difficulty is that Connect Enterprise is priced on request. So the honest comparison runs on two lines: on cost, Voxbi Managed Business against Connect Pro, because Pro is the highest Connect plan with a published price; and on capability, Voxbi Managed Business against Connect Enterprise, which you have to ask Dialpad to price.
Put plainly: the Dialpad plan that matches Voxbi Managed Business on features has no public price, and the Dialpad plan you can price lacks SSO and any uptime commitment.

On features, Voxbi Plus is ahead of Connect Standard: Standard has no CRM integrations. Standard's advantage is the bundle. You get a number and your domestic calls without thinking about minutes.

Assumptions, stated before the numbers:
All figures exclude VAT and, on the Dialpad side, exclude the taxes and administrative fees its terms add on top.
Dialpad prices are US dollars. Voxbi prices are euros. We do not convert between them. Dialpad does not display euro pricing, and exchange rates move, so any converted figure would be our invention rather than a quoted price. The two totals are shown side by side in their own currency.
€5.70 is the Voxbi Managed Business price per phone number per month, and €8.90 on the flat plan. Numbers are never included in the user price on any Voxbi plan. The Voxbi columns below count one phone number for the whole company, not one per user, since extensions sit behind the main number on a cloud PBX. Dialpad gives every seat a number by design, so its own column already reflects that; if you want a direct dial for every person on Voxbi too, add €5.70 metered or €8.90 flat for each extra person. The licences-only column is there for readers who need fewer numbers than seats. Handsets are provisioned as part of the managed service and hardware is quoted separately.
Voxbi call charges are extra on the standard plan and are illustrated separately below.
Setup and onboarding fees are not published by either provider and are excluded from this illustration.
| Users | Voxbi Managed Business, licences only | Voxbi Managed Business, plus one company number | Voxbi Managed Business flat, plus one company number | Dialpad Connect Pro, annual | Dialpad Connect Pro, monthly |
| 10 | €112.00 | €117.70 | €184.90 | 250 USD | 350 USD |
| 25 | €280.00 | €285.70 | €448.90 | 625 USD | 875 USD |
| 50 | €560.00 | €565.70 | €888.90 | 1,250 USD | 1,750 USD |
The Voxbi flat column includes unlimited calls. The two standard Voxbi columns do not, so add call charges. The Dialpad columns include domestic calling but not international. The number columns count one phone number for the whole company, not one per user. If everyone needs a direct dial to match Dialpad's per-seat number, add €5.70 metered or €8.90 flat for each extra person; buying numbers individually still costs less wherever phones outnumber direct dials, as in a shop, a warehouse or a hotel, because you pay only for the numbers you actually take.
| Users | Voxbi Plus with one company number | Dialpad Connect Standard, annual | Dialpad Connect Standard, monthly |
| 10 | €30.60 | 150 USD | 270 USD |
| 25 | €74.10 | 375 USD | 675 USD |
| 50 | €146.60 | 750 USD | 1,350 USD |
Voxbi calls are extra here too.

The models are genuinely different, and this is where the real money sits.
Dialpad. A user assigned to a French office calls French numbers with no per-minute charge. Calls to any other country are billed per minute, an administrator has to switch international services on first, and you have to buy calling credits in advance. Unused credits are not refunded if you leave.
Voxbi. Every minute is billed, at published rates. France fixed is €0.021 a minute and France mobile is €0.072 a minute. Emergency calls are free. On Voxbi Managed you can instead take the flat plan at €17.60 per user, which covers unlimited calls. The number is charged separately there too, at €8.90 a month on Business.
What that means for a French team, per user per month on Voxbi Plus with a number, at €4.50 before calls:
| Monthly calling | Added call cost | Voxbi Plus total |
| 200 minutes to French fixed lines | €4.20 | €8.70 |
| 500 minutes to French fixed lines | €10.50 | €15.00 |
| 200 minutes to French mobiles | €14.40 | €18.90 |
| 500 minutes to French mobiles | €36.00 | €40.50 |
The mix matters more than the volume. French business calling leans heavily towards mobiles, and mobile minutes are more than three times the price of fixed. If most of your calls go to mobiles, Voxbi's metered model stops being cheap quickly, and either the Voxbi flat plan or Dialpad's bundle will serve you better. Check your own call records before assuming.
Both providers restrict unlimited calling in similar ways. Dialpad's acceptable use policy rules out trunking to a PBX, bulk call-in lines, and auto-dialling or predictive dialling, and excludes international calling. The Voxbi flat rate is not available for call centres, does not permit predictive diallers or automated calling systems, and excludes fax. Neither "unlimited" is unlimited.

Bundled domestic calling. A number and your domestic minutes come with the licence. One line on the invoice, no rate card to read.
AI at the entry price. Real-time transcripts and instant call summaries are on the Standard plan. Voxbi Plus caps AI-analysed calls at 15 a month, and you need Plus AI at €3.10 for unlimited.
Purpose-built products for other jobs. Dialpad Support is a real contact centre product from 80 USD per user, and Dialpad Sell is built for outbound teams from 39 USD. Voxbi has no equivalent product line.
Round-the-clock support on Pro. 24/7 customer support is listed on the Pro plan card.
Wider number coverage. Dialpad publishes local numbers in more than 50 countries. Mixvoip, the operator behind Voxbi, publishes prices for 23, covering western and central Europe plus the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia and several others, and takes requests for countries outside that list. Dialpad's list is still the longer one, so check both against the countries you actually need.
One vendor for calls, meetings and messaging. If you want video meetings and team messaging in the same licence, Dialpad covers more ground.
Prices you can budget in euros. Voxbi publishes euro prices and a full per-destination rate card. Dialpad's pricing page displays US dollars, including on its French site.
A European contract. Dialpad's online terms name Dialpad, Inc. in California, with California law and arbitration in San Francisco County. Voxbi contracts in Luxembourg under European law.
A written uptime commitment. Voxbi Managed Business carries a Business SLA with downtime credits, and it applies whether or not Voxbi supplies your internet. Dialpad's online terms state the service may not be available all the time and that credits are decided case by case at Dialpad's discretion. Its Connect product page markets "100% uptime", while the Enterprise plan card shows 99.9%. Three different figures for the same thing are worth asking about before you sign.
Fully managed operation, not just a support desk. This is the clearest difference between the two. Dialpad Connect Pro gives you 24/7 support, which means a team you contact when something breaks. Voxbi Managed gives you telephone support, monitoring and alerts on your own PBX, automatic PBX software and firmware upgrades, antifraud protection and hardware handled for you. One party watches your system. The other waits for you to call. No Dialpad Connect plan lists PBX monitoring at any tier. Dialpad's terms also state that the level of support depends on the product and seat count and can be changed at Dialpad's sole discretion, whereas the Voxbi SLA is contractual.
Odoo. Voxbi has a native Odoo integration with click-to-call, call logging into the contact's chatter, and a live caller lookup that shows the caller's name, company, recent calls and open tickets while the phone is still ringing. Dialpad does not publish one.
Shorter commitment. Dialpad's terms renew automatically for another term of the same length, and you must give 30 days' notice before the end of the current term to stop it. If you leave an annual plan early, you owe the rest of the year with no refund.

Dialpad. Its trust page states that permanent customer data, including call records, recordings and transcripts, is stored in the United States on Google Cloud, unless an administrator selects a different region. Transient data passing through Dialpad's own data centres is kept no longer than 72 hours. Dialpad is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and uses EU Standard Contractual Clauses, so transfers have a lawful basis. It publishes SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001:2022, ISO 27017, ISO 27018 and CSA STAR. It does not publish telecom operator registrations in any EU member state.
To be fair about it: US default storage is not the same as a compliance problem. Dialpad has the paperwork in place. But if your procurement or legal team requires data to stay in the European Union by default, that is a configuration question you have to raise with Dialpad rather than something the standard setup gives you.
Voxbi. Calls and data are hosted within the European Union, on Voxbi's own European network, operated from Luxembourg. Mixvoip, the operator behind Voxbi, publishes its regulatory registrations and its SLA.
Both products sell AI transcription, so it is worth asking where the speech is processed rather than only comparing feature lists. A transcript is a written record of a conversation, and processing is a separate question from storage.
Voxbi states that transcripts and summaries are generated by AI that Mixvoip develops and hosts in-house, in the EU. Processing and storage both stay inside the European Union, and there is no third-party AI vendor in the chain.
Dialpad does not publish, on its public pages, where speech processing happens or which vendor performs it. What it does publish is that transcripts, once created, are stored in the United States by default unless an administrator selects another region. Its subprocessors page does not list the subprocessors either. It points to the Trust Center portal instead, so you cannot see who touches your conversation data without going through that portal.
This is an absence of published information, not evidence that processing happens anywhere in particular. If AI transcription is part of why you are buying, ask Dialpad three questions in writing: where is the audio processed, is the model in-house or supplied by a third party, and can processing rather than only storage be kept in the EU.
The order matters, because Dialpad's renewal terms can cost you a year if you miss the window.
Check your term first. Find your renewal date. Dialpad's terms renew automatically for another term of the same length, and notice is due 30 days before the end of the current term. Leaving an annual plan early means paying out the remaining months.
Give notice in writing inside that window.
Export your data. Call history, recordings and transcripts. Dialpad deletes data within 180 days of the account closing, so do not leave this until after you cancel.
Request porting. Voxbi handles the porting request for your existing numbers. Timescales are set by the losing carrier and the national regulator, so agree the date before you commit to anything.
Rebuild the call flows. IVR menus, queues, routing and opening hours. Voxbi Managed does this with you.
Test in parallel before you cut over, with both systems live.
Migrate, then close the Dialpad account once porting has completed and the data is out.
Do not cancel before the numbers have ported. Once the account is closed, the numbers may be gone.

Does Dialpad price in euros?
The pricing page displays US dollars, including on the French-language site. There is a currency selector on the page, so ask Dialpad directly whether it will quote and invoice you in euros, and who carries the exchange rate risk if it will not.
Is Dialpad cheaper than Voxbi?
It depends on your call mix, and the two are priced in different currencies, so we do not publish a converted comparison. Voxbi's licence is much cheaper. Dialpad includes calling that Voxbi bills per minute. If your team calls French mobiles heavily, the gap closes fast or reverses.
Which Dialpad plan gives me an SLA?
The 99.9% uptime figure appears on the Connect Enterprise plan card, which is priced on request. Standard and Pro show no uptime figure, and Dialpad's online terms say credits are discretionary.
Can I keep my phone numbers?
Yes, in both directions. Porting is normal practice. Check your Dialpad contract term before you start, and do not close the account until porting has finished.
Does Voxbi work with Microsoft Teams?
Yes, through Direct Routing. On Voxbi One it is an add-on at €50 a month. Whether Dialpad offers a Teams integration is not published on its pricing page.
Does Voxbi have a contact centre product?
Not as a separate product line. If you need omnichannel queues, workforce management and quality scoring, Dialpad Support is built for that and Voxbi is not.
How much do Voxbi phone numbers cost?
Numbers are priced separately from the user licence on every Voxbi plan, and the rate rises with the plan. On Voxbi One a number is €1.60 a month. On Voxbi Managed it is €3.30 on Essential, €4.70 on Professional and €5.70 on Business and Enterprise. On the flat, unlimited plans it is €6.50, €7.90, €8.90 and €8.90. All figures exclude VAT, checked 26 August 2026.
Neither product is the obvious answer, and the honest recommendation depends on three things: where your calls go, whether you need a European contract, and whether you want to run the phone system yourself.
Choose Dialpad if your calling is mostly domestic, you want one bundled price, you need a contact centre or outbound sales product, or you want AI transcription without thinking about limits. Accept in exchange that you will be billed in dollars, contract under Californian law, and get no uptime commitment unless you buy the tier Dialpad prices on request.
Choose Voxbi Managed if you need a European contract and European hosting by default, a written SLA with credits, or you want someone monitoring and running the PBX rather than a helpdesk to call. Accept in exchange a narrower number footprint, no dedicated contact centre product, and either metered minutes or the flat plan with its own restrictions.
Choose Voxbi One if you are a small team that wants a low licence cost, Odoo and Microsoft 365, and you are happy to administer it yourself with email support.
If you want a straight answer for your own numbers, pull three months of call records and split them by destination and by fixed versus mobile. That one exercise will settle the pricing question faster than any comparison table.
