Browser-based PBX management
Manage your whole phone system yourself from an intuitive web interface.
A cloud phone system should be as easy to administer as any other business software. Voxbi is built around this idea: everything you need to run and configure your phone system lives in the Voxbi Cockpit, a web interface you open in a browser. There is no on-site hardware to maintain, no proprietary management console to install, and no requirement for a specialist to be physically present to make a change.
From the Voxbi Cockpit you control the full scope of your phone system: users and extensions, call flows and IVR menus, queues and schedules, SIP devices and phone numbers, integrations, audio files, and system-wide settings. Changes take effect without a reboot. Multiple administrators can work in the Cockpit simultaneously, and every change is written to the audit log so you can see what was done and by whom.
When you'd use PBX management
A small business with one IT generalist who needs to add a new employee's extension, adjust a call flow, and set up a queue, all without calling a specialist or waiting for a maintenance window.
A multi-site company where a central IT team manages the phone systems for several offices from a single login, adjusting schedules and routing rules for each location from their desk.
A growing organisation that needs to onboard new users quickly. Bulk import from a spreadsheet or directory sync means adding a dozen users is a short task, not a half-day project.
