Call flipping
Move a live call between your computer, mobile, and desk phone without hanging up.
A phone call does not always end where it began. You might take a call at your desk and then need to leave the building, or start a conversation on your mobile and want to move it to a proper desk phone once you sit down. Call flipping lets you move a live call from one of your devices to another without interrupting the conversation or asking the other person to call back.
The feature works across the devices covered by the Voxbi app: your computer (Windows desktop or browser), your mobile phone, and any desk phone registered to your extension. As long as the call is active and you are signed in on the receiving device, the handover happens cleanly. The caller hears nothing unusual; the call simply continues on the new device.
When you'd use call flipping
You take a call at your desk and realise you need to leave the office mid-conversation, so you flip it to your mobile without breaking off.
You are already on a call on your mobile and arrive at your desk, where a headset makes it easier to work hands-free.
You start a call in the browser-based Voxbi app and want to move it to your desk phone for a longer discussion.
