Click to call
Launch calls with a single click and save minutes every day.
Click to call turns any phone number you can see on screen into a button. Instead of reading a number and dialling it by hand, you click it and Voxbi places the call. The time saved on each individual call is small, but across a team that dials dozens of numbers a day it adds up, and manual dialling errors disappear entirely.
The feature works across the Voxbi app on Windows and macOS, the Voxbi web interface in modern browsers, and the Voxbi mobile app on Android. If a number appears as a clickable link in your CRM, on a web page, or in a document, Voxbi can handle it. Numbers that are not formatted as links can still be dialled from the browser by typing them directly into the address bar with the tel: prefix.
When you'd use click to call
A sales team working through a CRM contact list, where each call should start with a single click rather than requiring the rep to switch focus to a phone or dial manually.
A support agent handling tickets where customer numbers appear inline: one click on the number opens the call without leaving the ticket view.
A manager reviewing a spreadsheet or document with supplier numbers: select the number, and with the right setup, trigger the call directly from that highlighted text.
