Tap to call
Tap any phone number on your mobile to call it through Voxbi.
Tap to call means that when a phone number appears as a tappable link on your Android device (on a web page, in an email, in a document, or inside another app), you can tap it and choose the Voxbi app to place the call. The call then goes through your Voxbi business line rather than your personal mobile number, so the person you are calling sees your business number and the conversation is handled by the Voxbi phone system like any other business call.
For anyone working from a mobile phone, this removes the small but repetitive task of switching between an app where you found the number and your dialler to type it in. It also keeps your personal number private when you call clients or leads from your phone.
When you'd use tap to call
A field technician or sales person who looks up contacts on a mobile browser and needs to call them immediately from their business line.
Remote workers who use their personal Android phone for business calls and want every outgoing call to show the company number.
Teams using a CRM or helpdesk app on mobile, where tapping a contact's number should route through the business phone system, not a personal SIM.
