Voxbi includes virtual conference rooms you can create directly inside the Voxbi app. Each room has a permanent link you can share with anyone: internal team members join through the app, and external guests join through a browser using the shared link, with no Voxbi account or software installation required.
Rooms belong to the person who creates them and stay available until you decide to remove them. You can see how many people are currently connected to a room at a glance, which makes it straightforward to check whether a meeting is still active before joining.
When you'd use video conferencing
A recurring weekly team meeting where you want a permanent room link to share in the calendar invite, so no one has to create a new link each week.
A call with an external client or partner where you want them to join a video meeting without asking them to install anything or sign up for a service.
An ad-hoc internal meeting where a chat is not enough: you create a room, copy the link, and send it in a message so the team can join within seconds.
