Scheduling and calling
Share a booking link with your availability and let visitors call you from the browser.
The scheduling and calling feature in Voxbi connects two things that most phone systems keep separate: your calendar and your availability on the phone. When a calendar event starts, Voxbi reads it and sets your status automatically, so colleagues and call flows see you as "In a meeting" or "Away" without you touching anything. And when you are free, you can share a personalised booking link so contacts can choose a time that works for them, or let visitors start a call directly through the browser.
The result is a phone system that knows your schedule rather than one that relies on you to remember to change a status every time your situation changes.
When you'd use scheduling and calling
A customer-facing team where missed calls and status confusion are common: connecting the calendar means the system routes calls correctly without anyone manually updating their availability.
An account manager or consultant who shares their availability link with clients so they can book calls without back-and-forth emails, arriving in Voxbi as an inbound call at the agreed time.
A company that wants status to reflect reality: employees on leave, in all-day sessions, or in focus time are unreachable without manual intervention from anyone.
