Most teams looking at Ringover alternatives already have a phone system that works. What changed is a renewal date coming up, or a requirement the current plan no longer covers. This guide is for the operations or IT lead who runs that comparison and then has to live with the result.
It puts Ringover next to the two Voxbi lines, plan by plan, with prices checked on 1 October 2026. Ringover Business bundles business telephony, a number per user, unlimited calling and more than 100 integrations for €47 per user per month on annual billing. The closest Voxbi plan, Voxbi Managed Business Flat, costs €17.60 per user per month. Both include a professional PBX, phone support, a contractual service level and unlimited calls to eligible destinations, with conditions attached. If your shortlist is wider than two vendors, five more options are listed near the end.
The short answer
Ringover Business is the better fit for a sales, recruitment or support team that needs many CRM and applicant tracking connectors, live supervision, twelve months of recordings and a number on every seat.
Voxbi Managed Business Flat is the better fit for an organisation that wants a managed European cloud PBX with phone support, supervision, single sign-on, a business-grade service level and on-site help in the regions Mixvoip covers, at a lower fixed price.
Voxbi Plus suits a team that can run its own switchboard, where email support is enough and the priorities are Odoo, Microsoft 365, analytics or the API at the lowest subscription price.
Which plans actually compare

The two vendors package their services differently, so no pairing is exact. Voxbi splits self-service from managed service. On Voxbi One, your own team administers the cloud PBX and support comes by email. Voxbi Managed adds phone support, service levels, PBX supervision and guided operation, delivered by Mixvoip or a partner.
The closest professional match
Ringover brings more contact-centre and sales-productivity tooling. On the Voxbi side you get more of the operator's own service, such as PBX monitoring and an engineer who can come to the building.
The self-service plans
Ringover Talk includes a company number and national calls in its seat price. Voxbi Plus charges for both separately and gives you more integrations and analytics. For a small team, one Voxbi number at €2.00 a month closes most of that gap. Voxbi One numbers are available in Germany, France and Switzerland. Microsoft Teams on Voxbi Plus is a €50 monthly add-on.
What the comparable professional plans cost

The worked examples below use the two fixed-price plans with professional support. Prices exclude VAT, hardware, Microsoft licences and any project-specific setup. Ringover includes a number for every user. The Voxbi totals add one number for the whole company at €8.90, because on a cloud PBX the extensions sit behind a main number.
Both plans charge a fixed price per user, so the gap doesn't move with the number of eligible minutes.
Now give every person a direct line, as Ringover does. At 25 users that adds 24 numbers at €8.90, or €213.60, and the Voxbi total becomes €662.50 a month. Ringover Business is still €1,175.00, so Voxbi comes out €512.50 cheaper, about 44% less. The full seat-by-seat breakdown, including the monthly-billing price, is in our Ringover pricing guide.

Unlimited calling has conditions on both sides
Mixvoip's flat rate covers more than 130 destinations. It isn't available to call centres, it can't be used with a predictive dialler or any other automated calling system, and fax traffic falls outside it.
Ringover's figure of more than 110 destinations applies to calls made from a number in the European Economic Area, Switzerland excluded. From a number outside that area, the unlimited list drops to 90 destinations. Fair use applies, and calls outside the plan are billed per minute.
So a sales team running an autodialler shouldn't assume the Voxbi flat rate is open to it. Ringover restricts that traffic too. Its terms bar automatic call machines on the service, and its French price list adds €0.08 a minute to calls placed through automated diallers. What Ringover Business does include is its own Power Dialer, so check which kind of dialling your team actually does.
Where Ringover Business is stronger
Numbers come with the seat
Every Ringover Business user gets a number. On Voxbi Managed Business Flat, each number beyond the main one costs €8.90 a month, and for a team that really does need a direct line per person that gap recurs every month.
Integration breadth
Ringover lists more than 100 connectors across CRM, applicant tracking, helpdesk and productivity tools. Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk, Zoho, Pipedrive and Bullhorn are among them.
Voxbi connects Odoo and Microsoft 365 natively, then offers an API and webhooks for everything else. If your main tool is a recruitment applicant tracking system or a CRM other than Odoo, Ringover will usually take less development work. Ringover also sells more of the sales, recruitment and support tooling around the phone, which counts if you would otherwise buy those tools separately.
Team supervision
Ringover Business adds listen-in, whisper and barge-in for coaching, plus live dashboards, advanced statistics and a Power Dialer. Voxbi Managed Business covers analytics, PBX monitoring, alerts and external call recording, and it doesn't offer a sales coaching set to match.
Retention
Ringover keeps twelve months of call logs and recordings on Business. Voxbi Managed Business keeps 365 days of history and 60 days of recordings, and sells extra recording storage from €0.30 per user per month. If a regulator or a client contract asks you to hold recordings for a year, check that line first.
Where Voxbi Managed Business is stronger
Price
All three scenarios put Voxbi Managed Business Flat well below Ringover Business, numbers included. This isn't the €2.90 self-service plan set against a professional one. Both sides of that table include phone support, a service level and a flat-rate calling plan.
You pay for the numbers you use
Numbers are billed one by one. Twenty people who answer through one reception number need one number on Voxbi Managed. If each of them needs a direct line instead, the per-number price works against you, as the scenario above shows.
Someone watches the PBX
Voxbi Managed Business includes monitoring and alerts on the PBX itself. Your admin still works in Voxbi Cockpit. When routing has to change or a fault appears, Mixvoip or a partner handles it with you. Mixvoip is also the operator carrying your calls.
Single sign-on is in the plan
Voxbi Managed Business includes single sign-on. Ringover's plan comparison lists Azure and SAML single sign-on as an add-on.
Engineers on site
Mixvoip offers on-site support in Luxembourg and Belgium and in selected regions of Germany and France. We found no equivalent standard offer in Ringover's public information. That matters most in an office with desk phones and cabling, where a fault is sometimes physical.
Microsoft Teams by Direct Routing
With managed Direct Routing, Teams itself places and receives calls over the operator's network. Ringover offers an app that puts its dialler and call history inside Teams. That's useful, but the technical model isn't the same. Our comparison of Direct Routing and Operator Connect shows what each model handles, and the Microsoft Teams integration page shows how Voxbi does it.
Odoo
Both platforms work with Odoo. Voxbi treats the Odoo integration as a core part of the product. Ringover lists Odoo among its connectors, which need the Business or Advanced plan.
Other Ringover alternatives to shortlist
This guide compares two vendors. If you are weighing more, these come up often, and our Aircall alternatives comparison covers each one in more depth:
CloudTalk targets sales and support teams that want cloud telephony organised around their CRM, with AI features usually priced as options.
3CX is a software PBX you can host yourself, run on public cloud or have 3CX host, which suits integrators and teams with in-house skills.
Dstny is a European unified communications operator that sells mostly on quotes, often through partners.
Keyyo, a Bouygues Telecom Entreprises subsidiary, sells packaged IP telephony with public pack prices, aimed at very small and small companies.
Wildix sells a browser-based PBX through a partner network, so an integrator usually owns the deployment and the support.
Hosting and operator status
Voxbi is built and hosted in the European Union, and calls and customer data stay there. Mixvoip lists its telecom regulators and registration numbers on its legal page. This page doesn't claim that a given customer's recordings sit in a specific building; only a contract can confirm that.
Ringover says all the data centres that hold data for its service are in France. If your requirement names France specifically, Ringover gives the more precise public answer. If you want an operator registered in several European markets, Mixvoip covers more ground.
Switching from Ringover to Voxbi

Start the number port early. Ringover's terms say the new operator must file the port request at least thirty calendar days before the Ringover subscription ends, and no request is accepted once it has ended. The clock runs from your subscription end date, not from the day you sign with someone new.
Users, queues, menus, permissions and routing rules have to be recreated in Voxbi, so write down how the current system behaves while it is still running. A cloud PBX migration plan is mostly that inventory plus a cutover window.
Check the contract term too. Ringover Business shows a twelve-month commitment on its pricing page, and annual subscriptions renew for further twelve-month periods. Ask for the Voxbi Managed contract term and compare the two.
Call history and recordings don't travel with the numbers. Export what you need to keep before the old account closes.
Existing SIP phones can often be reused once their compatibility is checked.
Frequently asked questions
Which plans should I compare?
Voxbi Managed Business Flat and Ringover Business are the closest professional plans. Both include advanced features, phone support, a service level and flat-rate calls. Ringover includes a number per user, so a fair total adds the same count of Voxbi numbers at €8.90 each. Voxbi Plus is a self-service alternative, not a like-for-like substitute for Ringover Business.
Does Voxbi One include support?
Yes. Every Voxbi One plan includes email support. Phone support, guided operation, on-site intervention and service levels belong to Voxbi Managed.
Does Ringover Business include a number?
Yes, one per user. Ringover Talk includes one number for the company, not one per user.
How much do numbers cost at Voxbi?
Numbers are billed monthly, and the price depends on the plan. On Voxbi Managed it rises with the pack: €3.30 on Essential, €4.70 on Professional and €5.70 on Business and Enterprise, or €6.50 to €8.90 on the flat-rate variants. Voxbi One numbers cost €2.00 a month, in Germany, France and Switzerland. Current prices are on the Voxbi pricing page.
What does the Voxbi flat rate include?
The Voxbi Managed flat rate follows Mixvoip's: unlimited calls to more than 130 destinations. It isn't available to call centres or automated dialling, and fax is excluded.
Are Ringover Business calls unlimited?
Ringover includes calls to more than 110 eligible destinations from a qualifying number in the European Economic Area. Destination limits and fair use apply.
Is Voxbi still cheaper at comparable scope?
On the fixed list prices, yes. For 25 users the example gives €448.90 a month on Voxbi Managed Business Flat with one company number, against €1,175.00 on Ringover Business with a number per user. Give all 25 Voxbi users a number too and the total is €662.50, still well below. The products aren't identical, though: Ringover has more integrations, longer retention and deeper contact-centre tools.
Which one suits recruitment?
Usually Ringover, thanks to its applicant tracking connectors and its dialling, supervision and coaching tools.
And a classic company switchboard?
Voxbi usually costs less for an organisation that qualifies for the Mixvoip flat rate and wants managed operation, supervision, single sign-on, Odoo or Microsoft Teams Direct Routing.
Verdict
For a fair professional comparison, put Voxbi Managed Business Flat against Ringover Business.
Ringover Business does more for busy sales, support and recruitment teams, mainly through its integrations and its supervision tools.
Voxbi Managed Business Flat is the cheaper managed PBX for organisations that meet the flat-rate conditions. It brings phone support and single sign-on at a lower total cost per user, even after adding a number per user.
Voxbi Plus is the low-cost option for a team that runs its own switchboard.
Before you ask anyone for a quote, write down three things: how many direct lines you really need, which system has to log the calls, and the exact date your current subscription ends. Send them to hello@voxbi.com and we'll price the switch against them.
